I have been taking NAD supplements for some time and have been taking Revive NAD for a while. I believe I feel better and more alert when taking these. I understand from reading different studies that your NAD levels decreases as you age. Decreased NAD can lead to several aging factors such as mental and muscular decline. I have read that you can supplement NAD to slow this process. The Revive NAD+ also has large amount of Niacin that studies show can aid in increased levels of NAD.
Because of this information about supplementing NAD, I will continue to take NAD supplements and the Revive NAD+ supplement seems good because it uses Niacin to help increase the NAD level.
